We had the existing pool table in our newly purchased home referred and the rails and pockets changed. We are very happy with the results and Dennis even came to do the work over the holiday weekend while we were there making it extremely convenient. I would recommend him to anyone looking for quality, convenient service in the Big Bear community.

Dennis is absolutely fantastic! He is very knowledgeable & works quickly & efficiently and NOT at the expense of the job. He did a fabulous job & worked with my home warranty to get & install a brand new, revved up blower for my spa. The spa works so much better than before. When I callearoundd to other spa businesses in Big Bear, they told me I'd have to wait 2 or more weeks for a technician to come by to JUST diagnose my issue. Dennis showed up the same day (after business hours on a Friday) & diagnosed the problem. The spa blower was replaced & installed promptly. I recommend Dennis for all your pool, spa, & billiards needs. In fact, this summer, I'm hiring him to setup a pool in the backyard.

Dennis and his team were absolutely fabulous. Dennis responded promptly to my request to dismantle my pool table. Not only did he do a wonderful job taking the pool table down, he helped me to sell it! I will for use his services again.

Dennis and his brother are the best spa company to go with in Big Bear Lake! Last Fall we bought a vacation rental and had a used spa installed by someone else. Unfortunately the wiring wasn't set up right but Dennis had it sorted out in no time and helped us get the breakers replaced and didn't charge us anything for the service! Soon after, the heater relay board blew (apparently this is common with that model of Hot Springs). We had renters that weekend so Dennis went out at 10pm and replaced the board to get it up and running again. Then about a month later we had some rowdy renters who somehow managed to break the foam in the spa cover and bend the cover lift. Dennis promptly reported it to us and we worked with the property management company to make sure the renter's insurance covered a replacement which Dennis took care of. Besides this, we have had nothing but positive comments about the spa. :-) Thanks Dennis!

Best decision of my mountain life to use this company. They laid my foundation, installed the hot tub up a hill and into the backyard, wired it, got it running and are now servicing it routinely. You want friendliness, great customer service and communication thru holidays and snowstorms. Give these guys a call, they will do the rest :-) !

I own Teddy Bear's Cabin in Big Bear Lake. Tonight my guests told me that when they went to use the Pool Cues 3 out of 4 were broken. I called Dennis around 6:30 p.m. and he suggested the perfect Pool Cues for my cabin. Then he went to his store and delivered 4 new Pool Cues within the hour. Dennis enabled me to give 5-star service to my guests which is extremely important to me. This is the second time that Dennis has helped me with my Pool Table. The first time he applied a new Felt Finish and Bumpers to my Pool Table and I was extremely happy with that job too. In addition, his prices are really reasonable. I should have left this review sooner!
